2Y is a macrobiotic restaurant which offers a healthy and balanced nutrition to its clients
To accomplish that, we use maximum quality products to nourish our clients in the best possible way. We take care of the environment and also put all our efforts to avoid food pollution.
The kitchenware in our restaurant is made of surgical titanium to reduce to its minimum any type of metallic waste which could pollute the food and harm our health in the long term.
We have special interest to enforce our philosophy in what refers to water.
The water you can find in our tables while you enjoy our daily menu is vitalized and mineralized water. We also use this water to cook our dishes.
Know what vitalized and mineralized water is
The process of vitalized and mineralized water before being consumed is not only carried out in terms of its chemical purity, but also in terms of its energetic structure improvement so to encourage the metabolism and digestion and contribute a huge amount of benefits to the body.
In 2Y Restaurant, the water flows through three phases before being consumed or used for cooking the dishes:
- 1. Filtering: In this phase the heavy metals are filtered, chlorine and bacteria grow is neutralized. The water flows through three organic filters of different level to obtain at the end of this process
a totally clean and pure water. - 2. Vitalization: Through the Vitalization GIE system, common water is transformed in alive and multi-active water of high biological value which expels toxins out of the body. It is of great benefit for the metabolic processes and for digestion and detoxifies the conjunctive tissue and favors cell hydration.
In this phase the water flows through the vitalizer which consists of a closed cylinder with different suction and pressure zones through where the water receives the influence of gemstones such as amethyst and white quartz which help to vitalize the clean water coming from the previous process.
Through implosive swirls, magnetic ionization, sacred geometry and the already commented gemstones, an optimum result is accomplished.
- 3. Micro filtration: In this phase the water flows through a micro filtration capable of removing chemical wastes, possible medicinal wastes and microorganisms, keeping the stability of the water pH. Water is filtered in two independent systems, one for direct water consumption and tea preparations and other for the food cooking and soup elaboration. This way we can add minerals to this water. While consuming this mineralized water, our organism receives the necessary minerals for having a good health.
We serve this water in bottles produced in an ecological way, composed by hardened borosilicate glass and a lid based of term stable elastomer, free of toxic substances.
These bottles are specially recommended for the micro filtered water from this ecological filtration system and replace the plastic bottles which harm massively the environment and our health.
Thanks to its special characteristics as resistance to heat and chemical neutrality, this glass is also used at laboratories as well as in the pharmaceutical industry.
Along all the vitalization and mineralization processes no rests of water are discarded. We are taking maximum care and having absolute respect for the environment.
